Jim Brose is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law. He has been practicing law in Pennsylvania for over 25 years, with a primary focus on criminal defense law. Jim also represents defendants in Federal Court and has been a member of the select Criminal Justice Act panel for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Delaware for the past ten years.
Jim grew up "in the law" as his father E. Jerome Brose had a successful, general practice in Easton, Pennsylvania for over 50 years. The Brose Law Firm is now a one-man shop as Jim opened his own office in Media, PA in 1996. Since that time he has handled hundreds of state criminal cases in Delaware, Chester, Bucks, Lehigh, and Northampton counties and he has similar experience in Federal Court in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
From arraignment to appeal - from juvenile shoplifting to the most serious crimes, Jim provides full service criminal defense. He will investigate your case, apply the facts to the law, and advise you of the best course of action. If the case goes to trial, you will have a sharp, experienced trial attorney who has a successful track record of acquittals in his career.
Just because you are charged with a crime, does not mean you are guilty. Jim has successfully represented many innocent clients who were in the wrong place at the wrong time, not doing what the police believed they were doing, or who were the victims of the unconstitutional actions of law enforcement.
Jim handles all kinds of criminal cases, including:
